How it works
- You’re signed in to your esimgomobile account.
- You request a re-send for one of your orders.
- The backend verifies the order belongs to you.
- The QR code, SM-DP+ address, and activation code are emailed to your verified account email.
Honest capability note
What this tool can and can’t do.
This is a v2 account tool — it can’t work without sign-in, and it deliberately can’t send activation details to an arbitrary address. That constraint is the security feature: eSIM activation codes are bearer credentials, and emailing them to unverified addresses would be a gift to attackers. Until accounts launch, keep your original order email — that’s your recovery path today.

I lost my QR code — what do I do right now?
Search your inbox for the original order email — the QR and activation code are in it. If it’s truly gone, contact support with your order email. At launch, this page’s one-tap resend replaces that whole process.
Why can’t I just type any email to receive the QR?
Because activation codes are bearer credentials: whoever holds the QR can install the eSIM. Sending them to an unverified address would let anyone claim anyone’s plan. Verified-account-email-only is the protection.
Does re-sending invalidate my current eSIM?
No — re-send is idempotent. It delivers the same activation details again; nothing is revoked or duplicated.
I changed phones — do I need a new QR?
Usually you re-install the same profile on the new phone with the same QR — unless the carrier locked the profile to the old device’s EID, in which case support issues a fresh one. The resend flow covers the common case.
What’s in the ‘full activation kit’?
The QR code image (for scanning), plus the SM-DP+ server address and activation code as text (for manual entry when the camera won’t cooperate).
